Papież Bonifacy IX oświadcza, że 20 II 1386 papież Urban VI przyjął mistrza Piotra Strelicza do grona papieskich kapelanów honorowych, ale stosowna bulla nie została wyekspediowana przed śmiercią Urbana VI, dlatego Bonifacy IX niniejszą bullą ogłasza, że nominacja Piotra jest ważna od dnia decyzji poprzednika (20 II 1386).
