Papież Bonifacy IX zezwala Andrzejowi Łaskarzycowi [z Gosławic], prepozytowi włocławskiemu, na wybór własnego spowiednika, który będzie mógł udzielać absolucji również od grzechów zastrzeżonych dla Stolicy Apostolskiej. Ponadto spowiednik ten będzie mógł uwolnić Andrzeja od cenzur kościelnych, także tych zastrzeżonych dla Stolicy Apostolskiej, o ile jakieś obecnie na nim ciążą.
