Papież Bonifacy IX zezwala Janowi synowi Michała, prepozytowi kolegiaty św. Piotra w Kruszwicy, na wybór własnego spowiednika, który będzie mógł udzielać absolucji również od grzechów zastrzeżonych dla Stolicy Apostolskiej. Ponadto spowiednik ten będzie miał prawo do zwolnienia Jana ze ślubów odbycia pielgrzymki i wstrzemięźliwości [od spożywania mięsa] oraz do zdjęcia z niego cenzur kościelnych, także tych zastrzeżonych dla Stolicy Apostolskiej, o ile jakieś obecnie na nim ciążą.
