Papież Urban VI, w odpowiedzi na skargę duchowieństwa diecezji wrocławskiej na postępowanie mendykantów, ustanawia biskupów krakowskiego, poznańskiego i lubuskiego konserwatorami, którzy mają dopilnować przestrzegania dekretału „Super cathedram” zarówno przez mendykantów, jak i przez pozostały kler diecezji, oraz odbiera wszystkim innym konserwatorom, ustanowionym dla kogokolwiek, jurysdykcję w sprawach dotyczących tego dekretału.
