Papież Urban VI, na suplikę Marka, opata klasztoru premonstratensów św. Wincentego we Wrocławiu, zezwala, by opaci tego klasztoru mogli używać pontyfikaliów i udzielać uroczystego błogosławieństwa po mszy, nieszporach i jutrzni w kościele klasztornym. Prawo używania pontyfikaliów opaci św. Wincentego otrzymali już niegdyś od Stolicy Apostolskiej i aż do tej pory z niego korzystają, ale przywilej w tej sprawie zaginął, dlatego opat Marek poprosił o jego ponowne nadanie.
