Kardynał Pileo da Prata, legat papieski, mocą władzy apostolskiej zatwierdza fundację kolegiaty św. Jadwigi w Brzegu, wraz z kapitułą złożoną z dziekana i 12 kanoników. Kolegiatę i uposażenie kapituły ufundował Ludwik I książę brzeski, a erygował kanonicznie biskup wrocławski Przecław z Pogorzeli. Legat transumuje też dokument biskupa Przecława z 4 II 1373 r., który potwierdza donację przez księcia uposażenia dla kolejnych pięciu kanonii, obok ufundowanych już wcześniej prebend dziekana i pięciu kanoników. | |||||||||||||||
