Kardynał Pileo da Prata, legat papieski, na prośbę kapituły kolegiaty św. Jadwigi w Brzegu transumuje dokument biskupa wrocławskiego Przecława z Pogorzeli z dnia 6 XI 1375 r. i mocą władzy apostolskiej zatwierdza zawarte w nim postanowienia. W dokumencie tym biskup Przecław ustalił precedencję duchowieństwa brzeskiego podczas uroczystych procesji (m. in. w święto Bożego Ciała) i przyznał kapitulnemu duszpasterzowi prawo udzielania klerykom i scholarom sakramentów podczas świąt i w obliczu śmierci.
