Papież Urban VI, na suplikę opata i konwentu klasztoru św. Wincentego we Wrocławiu, nakazuje trzem wymienionym egzekutorom, by zgodnie z trzema wyrokami papieskich audytorów dopilnowali, aby – do czasu rozstrzygnięcia sporu o prawo własności – przywrócono klasztor do posiadania dziesięcin snopowych i pieniężnych ze wsi Żychcice, Biernacice i Bobrowniki, o które zakonnicy toczyli spór w Rocie z Piotrem synem Henryka, plebanem kościoła parafialnego w Kamieniu, oraz aby pleban Piotr zapłacił klasztorowi należną sumę z tytułu zasądzonych kosztów procesowych.

Wincentego na Ołbinie brzmi: „Urbanus episcopus, servus servorum Dei, episcopo Wrat. et abbati monasterii Clarae Tumbae, Cracov. dioec., ac decano ecclesie Wrat. mandat, quatenus monasterium s. Vinc.
