Papież Urban VI na prośbę Ludwika I, księcia brzeskiego, poleca biskupowi lubuskiemu, by mocą władzy apostolskiej zatwierdził inkorporację kościoła parafialnego w Brzezimierzu (Wüstebriese) do dziekanii kolegiaty św. Jadwigi w Brzegu, po uprzednim wydzieleniu odpowiedniego uposażenia dla wikariusza wieczystego, który będzie pełnił obowiązki duszpasterskie w parafii. Inkorporacji powyższej dokonał niegdyś ś. p. biskup wrocławski Przecław z Pogorzeli za zgodą swojej kapituły i księcia Ludwika I, patrona kościoła w Brzezimierzu.
