Papież Urban VI poleca oficjałowi ołomunieckiemu, by rozsądził spór między klerykiem Henrykiem „de Colmos” a rycerzem Mikołajem Zeissbergiem, giermkiem Wilhelmem zw. Wechtil i księżną świdnicką Agnieszką, gdyż pokrzywdzony kleryk Henryk nie może dochodzić swych praw na terenie diecezji wrocławskiej, obawiając się potęgi swoich przeciwników.
