Papież Urban VI udziela Mikołajowi [Drozdkowi] prowizji na opactwo klasztoru benedyktynów na Łysej Górze, wakujące po rezygnacji opata Jana, złożonej na ręce biskupa krakowskiego Floriana [z Mokrska]. Za rządów opata Jana papież Grzegorz XI objął opactwo na Łysej Górze rezerwacją specjalną, ale nieświadomi tego faktu mnisi wybrali opatem Mikołaja. Później, już za pontyfikatu Urbana VI, dowiedziawszy się o papieskiej rezerwacji Mikołaj zwrócił się do Stolicy Apostolskiej o nadanie mu godności opata.
