Papież Urban VI poleca archidiakonowi legnickiemu, by rozsądził spór między klasztorem św. Wincentego we Wrocławiu a mieszczaninem wrocławskim Piotrem Utczke, który z nadania klasztoru otrzymał folwark (9 i pół łana) w Grabiszynie w zamian za czynsz roczny, ale później podstępnie zagarnął folwark i następnie ofiarował go szpitalowi Bożego Ciała we Wrocławiu.
