abstract

Papież Urban VI poleca arcybiskupowi praskiemu, by mocą władzy apostolskiej zatwierdził fundację kolegiaty w Otmuchowie (Ottmachau). Tamtejszy kościół parafialny św. Mikołaja podniesiony został do rangi kolegiaty z inicjatywy prezbitera Bertolda Fulschussila, który ofiarował na ten cel czynsz roczny w wysokości 154 grz. Biskup wrocławski Wacław utworzył kapitułę złożoną z 2 prałatur i 12 kanonii oraz uposażył prepozyturę i dziekanię dochodami kościołów parafialnych w Otmuchowie (Ottmachau) i w Pakosławicach (Bösdorf), a prebendy kanonickie dochodami z nadanego przez Bertolda czynszu.
