Papież Urban VI nakazuje arcybiskupowi praskiemu, by po dokładnym zbadaniu dokumentów w sprawie inkorporacji leprozorium w Środzie Śląskiej do klasztoru benedyktynów w Opatowvicach nad Łabą, zatwierdził je mocą władzy apostolskiej. Klasztor ów odstąpił niegdyś biskupowi wrocławskiemu Przecławowi z Pogorzeli prawo patronatu kościołów parafialnych w Kątach Wrocławskich i w Milinie oraz kanonii w kolegiacie Grobu Bożego w Legnicy, w zamian za co biskup inkorporował do opactwa (mającego roczny dochód 200 grz.) średzkie leprozorium (o dochodzie 30 grz.). Po 34 latach niezakłóconego posiadania leprozorium klasztor zwrócił się do Stolicy Apostolskiej z prośbą o zatwierdzenie inkorporacji. By uniknąć wysyłania do Kurii oryginalnych dokumentów, opat poprosił o wyznaczenie osoby, która na miejscu zatwierdzi je w imieniu papieża.
