Papież Urban VI nakazuje wszystkim duchownym w krajach, w których będzie przebywał Piotr z Pizy, papieski poseł do Czech, Węgier, Niemiec, Austrii i innych krajów, aby w ciągu sześciu najbliższych miesięcy wypłacano posłowi prokuracje w wysokości 6 florenów dziennie i udzielano mu wszelkiej innej pomocy, pod groźbą cenzur, do których ogłoszenia upoważnieni zostali Gerard de Eutheren, prepozyt kolegiaty w Kaiserswerth i Filip z Wrocławia, kustosz lubuski.
