I.N. Stanisław, kleryk diecezji poznańskiej, występując w imieniu Dobrogosta z Nowego Dworu, biskupa poznańskiego i kolektora papieskiego w Królestwie Polskim, zażądał, by wszczęto postępowanie sądowe przeciwko kustoszowi łęczyckiemu Mikołajowi i wikariuszowi uniejowskiemu Piotrowi [z powodu niezapłacenia] papieskiej dziesięciny trzyletniej. Mikołaj i Piotr stwierdzili zaś, że od poboru tej dziesięciny złożona została apelacja, do której i oni się przyłączyli, więc nie mogą być w tej sprawie wzywani do sądu.
