Papież Urban VI oznajmia królowi rzymskiemu Wacławowi, iż zdejmuje z kleru diecezji wrocławskiej ekskomunikę, nałożoną z powodu niepłacenia należności Kamerze Apostolskiej. Ponadto papież zaprasza Wacława do przyjazdu do Italii, najpóźniej w roku jubileuszowym, w celu dokonania koronacji cesarskiej (litterae clausae).
