I.N. Marek, opat klasztoru św. Wicentego na Ołbinie we Wrocławiu, działając jako egzekutor bulli papieża Urbana VI z 30 VI 1379, w odpowiedzi na wezwanie Henryka, księcia legnickiego i mistrza Piotra z Brzegu, kanoników wrocławskiej kolegiaty Świętego Krzyża, ogłasza zaostrzenie (aggravatio) cenzur kościelnych nałożonych na wymienionych panów von Reichenbach oraz von Rohnau z powodu niezastosowania się przez nich do wyroku Roty Rzymskiej, wydanego na korzyść obu kanoników, w sprawie o sprawowanie sądów nad poddanymi we wsi Stoszowice (Peterwitz) i o pobieranie z tego tytułu kar sądowych. Gdyby jednak panowie von Reichenbach oraz von Rohnau w dalszym ciągu lekceważyli wyrok sądu, to egzekutor ogłasza kolejne zaostrzenie (reaggravatio) cenzur.
