Papież Bonifacy IX zezwala Teofilowi Armknecht z Opola (Oppeln), klerykowi diecezji wrocławskiej, na wybór własnego spowiednika, [który będzie mógł udzielać absolucji również od grzechów zastrzeżonych dla Stolicy Apostolskiej (?)]. Ponadto spowiednik ten będzie mógł uwolnić Teofila od cenzur kościelnych, także tych zastrzeżonych dla Stolicy Apostolskiej, o ile jakieś obecnie na nim ciążą.
