Papież Urban VI nakazuje prepozytowi kościoła św. Małgorzaty w Bytomiu, by zbadał sprawę między klasztorem benedyktynów w Tyńcu a rycerzem Demetriuszem zw. Podskarbek, który nieprawnie zajął dobra klasztoru. Pozwany przez klasztor do sądu sandomierskiego Demetriusz uzyskał korzystny dla siebie wyrok, od którego mnisi odwołali się do Stolicy Apostolskiej.
