Podskarbek, który nieprawnie zajął dobra klasztoru. Pozwany przez klasztor do sądu sandomierskiego Demetriusz uzyskał korzystny dla siebie wyrok, od którego mnisi odwołali się do Stolicy Apostolskiej.
