Papież Urban VI nakazuje kardynałom Pileo da Prata oraz Janowi Očko z Vlašimia, swoim legatom, by w związku z przejściem Gerarda, opata Cîteaux, do obediencji Klemensa VII , zwołali opatów cysterskich z cesarstwa, Czech i Polski na kapitułę generalną i mocą władzy apostolskiej zatwierdzili jej postanowienia. Papież nakazuje cystersom wypowiedzieć posłuszeństwo opatowi Gerardowi i w jego miejsce wybrać inną osobę, którą zaakceptują legaci.
