I.N. Audytor papieski Bartłomiej syn Jana ogłasza wyrok (wydany 13 III 1383 r.) w procesie między klasztorem św. Wincentego we Wrocławiu a Piotrem synem Henryka, plebanem kościoła parafialnego w Kamieniu, o dziesięciny [ze wsi Żychcice, Biernacice i Bobrowniki], potwierdzający wyrok audytora Jana Mombray z 1 XII 1382 r., który zatwierdził wcześniejszy wyrok audytora Piotra Gasconis z 16 V 1382 r., przyznający sporne dziesięciny klasztorowi i skazujący plebana na zapłacenie klasztorowi kosztów procesowych. Ponadto audytor określa wysokość owych kosztów na 25 florenów.

Reg. z XIX w. w inwentarzu dokumentów pochodzących z dawnego archiwum klasztoru św. Wincentego na Ołbinie brzmi: „Bartholomeus Johannis decretorum doctor, archidiaconus Januensis, capellanus papae et ipsius Sacri Palatii Apostolici causarum auditor, sententiam confirmat condemnatoriam, cuius mentio facta est supra, sub numero praecedenti 561 ”; APWr, Rep. 135, vol. 62, nr 562, p. 5838-5839 (Cf. supra, adn. do nr Q3847).
